Terms of Use

By installing or using Speed Check: Internet 5G WiFi (internet.speed.check), an app by FightTech, you accept these terms.

1. Measurements are estimates

Speed Check measures your connection against a public test server at one moment in time. Results vary with signal, device, network load, the server chosen and other factors we do not control. They are informational and are not an official or certified measurement of any provider’s service.

2. Your data plan

Checks use data. Full checks are capped on mobile data and a Lite check is available, but any carrier charges are your responsibility.

3. Pro purchases

• Pro is available as a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy.
• Watching a rewarded ad unlocks Pro features for 2 hours at no cost.

4. Ads

The free version contains ads from third parties. Their content and the sites they lead to are the responsibility of the advertisers.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to flood, attack or abuse test servers or networks, and do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it.

6. Liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, FightTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or actions taken based on results.
